Ceramic Coating 101

Easier Maintenance, Always Clean

Thanks to its hydrophobic properties, ceramic coating repels water, dirt, and grime, making cleaning quicker, reducing the need for frequent washes, and eliminating the need for waxing or polishing.

Showroom Shine, Every Day

Ceramic coating not only protects but also enhances your vehicle’s appearance with a deep, reflective gloss, a smooth, slick finish that resists dullness, a long-lasting showroom shine, and preserved resale value by keeping the paint in top condition.

Unmatched Protection

Ceramic coating acts as a durable barrier against everyday hazards, protecting your vehicle from harmful UV rays that cause fading and oxidation, chemical stains, environmental fallout, bird droppings, tree sap, road salt, water spots, mineral deposits, and even light scratches and swirl marks.

What is Ceramic Coating?

Ceramic coating is a revolutionary paint protection solution that uses advanced silicon dioxide (SiOâ‚‚) technology to form a semi-permanent bond with your vehicle’s clear coat. Unlike traditional waxes or sealants, this coating creates a strong, invisible shield that significantly enhances the durability, gloss, and overall resilience of your paint.

Ceramic coating offers long-lasting protection by forming a tough, durable layer over your vehicle’s paint. It shields against harmful UV rays, chemical stains, bird droppings, bug splatter, tree sap, road salt, and light scratches—while also preventing water spots and oxidation. This advanced barrier keeps your paint looking fresh and flawless in even the harshest conditions.

In addition to protection, ceramic coating makes maintenance a breeze. Its hydrophobic properties repel water, dirt, and grime, allowing for faster, easier washes with less frequent upkeep. You can skip the waxes and still enjoy a deep, high-gloss finish that enhances color depth and maintains that "just detailed" look. Over time, this not only keeps your car stunning but also helps retain its resale value.

Our Ceramic Coating Process

To ensure long-lasting protection and a flawless finish, we follow a precise multi-stage ceramic coating process. Every step is critical in delivering the ultimate results your vehicle deserves.

How We Prep Your Car

1. Preparation Stage

Proper preparation is the key to a flawless ceramic coating application. It begins with a decontamination wash using pH-neutral shampoo and the two-bucket method to reduce swirl marks, followed by careful drying with microfiber towels. Next, a clay bar treatment removes stubborn contaminants like tar, sap, brake dust, and iron deposits to ensure a smooth, clean surface. Paint correction is then recommended to eliminate swirl marks, scratches, and oxidation, restoring clarity and gloss. Finally, the entire vehicle is wiped down with an IPA (isopropyl alcohol) solution to remove any remaining oils or residues, ensuring optimal bonding of the ceramic coating.

2. Application Stage

The application stage is carried out in a clean, controlled environment to ensure the ceramic coating bonds effectively. The coating is meticulously applied to the entire exterior of the vehicle in a dust-free, well-ventilated garage with stable temperatures. This careful process guarantees even coverage, providing consistent protection and a high-gloss finish across all surfaces.

3. Curing Stage

The curing phase is vital for ensuring the long-term durability of your ceramic coating. During the first 24–48 hours, the vehicle should be kept away from water and ideally stored indoors or under cover. For the best results, avoid washing the car for at least 7 days and, if possible, allow it to cure indoors for up to two weeks. Ongoing maintenance is key—use only pH-neutral shampoos, avoid automatic car washes with abrasive brushes, and apply ceramic boosters every few months. With proper care, the coating can last between 2 to 5 years.
