DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY

By booking, purchasing, or receiving services from Auto Lane Detailing & Restyling, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following:

Due to the age, condition, prior repairs, wear and tear, manufacturing defects, and overall condition of the vehicle, Auto Lane Detailing & Restyling shall not be held liable for any pre-existing damage or any damage that may occur during the normal performance of detailing, cleaning, polishing, wrapping, tinting, or related services where such damage results from the vehicle's condition rather than negligence.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Peeling, fading, flaking, cracking, discoloration, or removal of paint, coatings, trim finishes, buttons, knobs, switches, steering wheel controls, radio controls, climate control buttons, touch surfaces, soft-touch materials, decals, labels, or interior finishes.
 
Failure, breakage, loosening, detachment, or malfunction of aged, brittle, worn, previously repaired, or defective interior or exterior components.
 
Damage resulting from the use of industry-standard cleaning chemicals, detailing products, compressed air tools, steam cleaning equipment, brushes, vacuums, pressure washers, or other detailing equipment where the affected component was already weakened,
deteriorated, improperly repaired, or subject to normal wear and tear.
 
Existing scratches, chips, dents, rock chips, paint defects, cracked trim, weathered plastics, oxidized surfaces, rust, corrosion, loose emblems, loose moldings, damaged clear coat, or any previously compromised exterior component.
 
Water intrusion, electrical faults, sensor malfunctions, battery issues, warning lights, or component failures arising from pre-existing defects, improper prior repairs, aftermarket modifications, aging seals, or manufacturer defects.

Customers are responsible for informing Auto Lane Detailing & Restyling of any known defects, loose components, sensitive areas, aftermarket modifications, or existing damage before service begins.

Auto Lane Wrap & Detail shall not be held liable, if any, shall be limited solely to damages directly caused by proven negligence of Auto Lane Detailing & Restyling and shall not extend to pre-existing conditions, normal wear and tear, hidden defects, manufacturer defects, age-related deterioration, or failures resulting from the condition of the vehicle itself.

By proceeding with service, the customer confirms they have read, understood, and accepted this disclaimer and release of liability.
